Read what some of our clients have to say about us

I’d tried two previous carer’s agencies trying to find suitable carers for my son who has severe complex needs, but both agencies failed to provide any carers that had the relevant experience to be left alone with my son.

Social work then put me in touch with H1 Healthcare in July 2017. My son and I were then introduced to Craig, the nurse manager. He was able to identify what carers were needed to look after my son.

Since then he has provided carers that are not only highly experienced but my son gets along with as well. I was always looking for carers to come to my home and feel part of the family so my son was comfortable with them. Something that I had failed to find previously before joining H1 Healthcare.

One carer has now been working with my son for just over a year and a half and its nice to finally have someone that my son knows well and trusts. He is happy and smiley when I come home so I know he has been in safe hands and enjoyed his day with the carer.
